How do I publish a listing?

Create a free account, click List your property, and follow the six-step wizard. It takes about 10 minutes if your photos are ready.

Do I pay to list?

No. Listings are free for owners. You only pay if you choose a paid promotion to push your listing to the top of an area (€50–€400).

What does Verified Owner mean?

It means we have confirmed ownership through a Cadastre extract. It gives buyers more confidence and increases inquiries.

Is Ruaa connected to ruaa.pro?

Yes. Every listing on Ruaa shows the same live analytics (AVM, Ruaa Score, tax-adjusted yield) that institutional investors use on ruaa.pro.

What is cross-listing to ruaa.gr?

If your property meets the Golden Visa criteria (€800k+, 120 sqm+, in an eligible zone), you can choose to surface it on ruaa.gr for international investors.

Which cities does Ruaa cover?

Athens. We are expanding to other Greek cities gradually.
